As director of human resources at SS&G, Inc. for more than a decade, she oversaw talent, culture, and learning as the firm grew from 110 employees in 3 offices to 600 employees in 9 offices before it was sold to BDO in 2015. In addition to onboarding and consolidating staff and cultures as the result of SS&G mergers, she successfully transitioned the three hundred accounting-firm employees in joining BDO.
