This rigorous training is spread over two three-day sessions: one in the spring, and one in the following fall (attendance at both sessions is mandatory and included in your registration). Cohort groups are kept intentionally small (classes limited to 12 seats each) to encourage peer-to-peer learning, candor, and confidentiality.
