Mark-Rosen-251x300

Marc Rosen

My professional journey started at a young age working alongside my father at his company. I learned first-hand what it took to make a business run from the bottom up – experiencing every facet of the business. Working in an entrepreneurial environment fueled my interest to spend the majority of my professional career serving in client facing roles.

I received my undergraduate degree in Marketing from University of Missouri and later studied at the Kellogg School of Management in Leadership Development.

Over the past 20+ years, I have been so fortunate to work with some amazing companies who never took for granted their client’s and pushed the boundaries by delighting their respective customers. After having the awesome opportunity to lead a nine-time INC 5000 fastest growing company, decided to focus my efforts on creating an institute that would fundamentally change the way client relationships are viewed.
