WRC deepens people strategy as firms focus on growth and succession

 Cleveland, OH, January 26, 2026 — Winding River Consulting has added Dr. Rachel Anevski, PHR, SHRM-CP, to the firm as Managing Director of Leadership & People, expanding the firm’s leadership, coaching, and people advisory capabilities as firms increasingly recognize leadership as a core driver of enterprise value.

Dr. Anevski specializes in the growth and development of executives and organizations, helping professional services firms align people strategy and leadership capabilities with long-term business objectives. Her work focuses on executive development, leadership programs, coaching, change management, succession planning, and advisory solutions that support firms through growth, scale, and transition.
